Located in the Lambton Room on the first floor - walk up the stairs from the main lobby reception

Transport to the Intercontinental from Victoria University
  • A taxi will cost approx NZ$12-15
  • Catch the Cable Car from 1 Upland Road, Kelburn. This will take you to Lambton Quay, then its approx a 5-7 minute walk to Grey Street
  • Approximately 1.5km down hill walk

Entry to dinner will be by name badge as the colour spot on your badge indicates conference dinner entry.If you have paid for your partner to attend the dinner with you, their dinner ticket will be issued with your registration pack on collection.

Agenda for night:
Pre-dinner drinks commence at 6.30pm until 7pm - Drinks are free until the bar tab runs out
Seated for dinner at 7pm
Kapa Haka Performance by "Nga Hau e Wha o Papararangi Kapa Haka" after main meal
Dessert

The cost is $70 per head to be paid with registration. Extra tickets are also $70 and will need to be indicated on the registration form. We cannot accept late cancellations and cannot accept last minute bookings.
Once the online registration has closed you can purchase dinner tickets up until Friday 2 December by credit card. You need to email ALC2011@msor.vuw.ac.nz

  1. Number of tickets you require
  2. Approve that amount you would like deducted from your credit card eg: $70
  3. Indicate type of credit card. VISA or MASTERCARD (these are the only 2 type of credit cards the university can accept)
  4. Credit card number
  5. Expiry date of your credit card
  6. Credit card name

Receipts will be emailed to you once our finance department have processed your conference dinner payment.
