If you have email your abstract to our committee, your talk will be included in the programme. Please note that this will take the committee some time to organise to include your talk in our timetable and may not necessarily be available when the conference programme is available on our conference page. The process is once you have registered and have submitted your abstract, our conference administrator will email you an acceptance letter of your talk. We will notify you the details of your talk presentation. If you have amendements, concerns etc, please email email@example.com
- 1 October 2011 - closing date for contributed talks.
- 21 October 2011 - contributed talks must register by this date in order for your talk to be accepted into the programme.
- 25 October 2011 - all Plenary and Special Session talks are to be submitted.
