Swing High Study Group
The Swing High Study Group has started, thanks to Rachel, James, Alistair and Tom. We are having a series of 8 meetings, using every lecture time for two weeks.
We went for a class trip to the swings near Kelburn Park on Monday 28 July.
Here are some videos taken of swings and a pendulum experiment in action.
Assessment will be 10% for one assignment, and 90% for the written project reports. Discussions are in a group, but each student will write their own report. The assignment is due to me by Fri 1 August, but is optional - if no assignment is done, I will assess you 100% on your report.
Your report is due in to me by or on Monday 8 Sep, the first day of lectures after the mid-Trimester break.
