Fees

You can only pay by credit card! There is a credit card surcharge of 1.8% on top of your registration. This will include any additional items you wish to add when registering for this conference. All fees include NZ taxes.

There is no invoice option to be sent to your institute / university. You can pay for more then one person when registering online.

Keynote, invited and honorary speakers have free registration — please obtain the special code that you need to register.

Please note, early bird rates apply to payment date , not date of registration.

The registration fee includes:

• welcome reception
• morning and afternoon teas during presentation sessions
• lunch per day
• conference dinner (except for delegates wishing to attend 1 or 2 days)
• Additional tickets for the conference dinner may be purchased for $90 plus the credit card surchage.
• One day sessions DO NOT include dinner
