This course aims to give a basis for statistical analysis of binary failure time data. The topics covered will be selected from: binary models, confounding and standardisation, case-control studies, logistic regression, analysis of matched data, Kaplan-Meier esptimates and log-rank test, the Cox proportional hazards model and its extension, recurrent event and competing risks. |
