Description: Part I: Introduction to Reliability Theory. Topics covered will be selected from: system reliability concepts and methods, analysis of repairable systems and other recurrence data, life distributions based on notions of aging, maintenance and replacement models, warranty of systems.
Part 2: Network Optimisation. Topics covered will be selected from: algorithms for shortest path and network flow problems, machine scheduling, and combinatorial game theory.
